Refund policy
Here at the Broken Barrier Western Store we love serving our customers that support our small business! If there is any problem with, or you are not satisfied with your order please contact our customer service and we will do our best to make your experience better!
After your order is received please look it over immediately. If you believe that you have received an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will work hard to sort out any problems!
Below you will see a list of our return policy/website rules:
- Any returned item will be returned for store credit only. After the item has been returned you will receive a gift card for the website that will be valid for 1 year after the issue date.
- All returns on in stock items(items at our store location in Benton City, WA) will only be valid for return for 14 days after the date of purchase. Any Items that are ordered through our site from a different company(drop-shipping items) will be valid for a return up to 7 days after it has been received as shipping usually takes longer from other locations.
- All Jewelry and Accessories are sold AS IS and ARE NOT eligible for returns.
- All custom orders are sold AS IS and ARE NOT eligible for refunds/returns.
- All sale/discounted items are sold AS IS and ARE NOT eligible for refunds/returns.
- Any returned clothing must come back unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached.
- Any items being returned require the original receipt from purchase. This allows us to know who to contact about the return. If the purchase has multiple items, please specify which item/items are being requested to be returned.
- Shipping is non-refundable and customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for items being returned to us.
- Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return/exchange once it has been received at our location.
Exchanging Items:
Please contact us regarding any desired exchanges! Our inventory is constantly changing/updating and some items that you want may no longer be available/in stock. We will do our best to try to find you your desired product!
Once an order is placed and payment is made you can not change, modify, or cancel that order! Please make sure to check your order for correct sizing, product, and shipping information before payment. Once orders are placed we work hard to get them shipped to you as soon as possible.
Lost and/or Damaged Packages:
BBWS is not responsible for Lost, Damages, or Stolen Packages during shipment!
Once a package has been shipped from our location and in the hands of the postal carrier we have no control and are not responsible. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please file a claim with USPS or contact your local post office to take further action.
